You’ve chosen Stoney Creek gear because we have tested it by thrashing it, we will stand behind our product.

Our Warranty Policy

We guarantee that, aside from normal wear and tear, any product carrying the Stoney Creek heart logo will be free from material and manufacturing defects for 1 or 2 years, depending on the individual product.

Warranty period details can be found on:

  • The product page on our website
  • The individual garment swing tag
  • The product packaging

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

  • Material defects
  • Manufacturing workmanship defects

If your product meets these criteria and is within the warranty period, it may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty will be null and void if the product has:

  • Been used outside of its intended application
  • Been incorrectly worn or fitted
  • Sustained damage from normal wear and tear

Stoney Creek products are purpose-built for specific uses. Each garment is designed to balance:

  • Weight
  • Comfort
  • Performance
  • Durability

to deliver the best possible experience for its intended activity.

Please note: Stoney Creek gear is not indestructible. Damage caused by the following may exceed the limits of the fabric and design:

  • Rocks, branches, and thorns
  • Barbed wire
  • Chemicals
  • Sharp objects
  • Continuous abrasion

We encourage you to understand the intended use of your product and enjoy it within those applications.

How to Make a Warranty Claim or Request Repairs

If your Stoney Creek gear:

  • Has a manufacturing defect, or
  • Has been damaged

please do one of the following:

  1. Take it to your local Stoney Creek retailer, or
  2. Send it directly to us after completing the Warranty and Repairs Form

Our specialist team will assess your garment and:

  • Repair or replace it if the issue is covered under warranty, or
  • Offer a repair service if the damage falls outside of warranty

Our goal is to get you back into the hills, on the water, or on the farm as quickly as possible.

Important: Cleaning Before Return

Please ensure your gear is thoroughly washed before sending it in.

We will not repair dirty garments for health reasons.

Any items that arrive dirty will not be assessed or repaired and will be returned to you.
